Rates Policy:
- All prices are per night and are subject to change
- Rates are based on double occupancy for queen studios and 1 bedroom kitchenettes, and four guests for 2 bedroom kitchenettes.
- Prior to booking please check the maximum occupancy allowed per room, an additional charge of $20.00/person per night will apply to overages.
Reservation Policy:
- A valid credit card is required for all bookings. The card provided at the time of booking will be pre-authorized prior to confirming your reservation.
- Upon arrival, credit cards are billed for the full reservation amount and pre-authorized for the security deposit amount until 24 hours after check-out.
- Guests choosing to leave prior to the completion of their vacation (or eliminating days at the time of check-in) will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation Policy:
- A 30-day cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
- If you cancel before the 30 days, you will be charged a one-night non-refundable deposit.
- Within 30 days, the full stay will be charged.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
Wildfire Cancellation Policy:
At Naramata Courtyard Suites, we understand that wildfires can affect travel plans unexpectedly. Our standard cancellation policy requires a non-refundable deposit for the first night at the time of booking and allows for the remainder of the reservation to be refunded if canceled at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival.
Wildfire Policy Adjustments:
- Government Travel Advisory: If a wildfire occurs nearby and the government recommends against travel to our area, we will waive all cancellation fees and provide a full refund for your reservation, including the initial deposit.
- Impact of Distant Wildfires: Please note that wildfires in distant areas that do not directly impact the safety or accessibility of our region do not qualify for exemption from our standard cancellation policy. In these cases, the original terms including penalties for late cancellation will remain in effect.
