Rates Policy:
- All prices are per night and are subject to change
- Rates are based on double occupancy for queen studios and 1 bedroom kitchenettes, and four guests for 2 bedroom kitchenettes.
- Prior to booking please check the maximum occupancy allowed per room, an additional charge of $20.00/person per night will apply to overages.
Reservation Policy:
- A valid credit card is required for all bookings. The card provided at the time of booking will be pre-authorized prior to confirming your reservation.
- Upon arrival, credit cards are billed for the full reservation amount and pre-authorized for the security deposit amount until 24 hours after check-out.
- Guests choosing to leave prior to the completion of their vacation (or eliminating days at the time of check-in) will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation Policy:
- A 30-day cancellation policy applies to all bookings.
- If you cancel before the 30 days, you will be charged a one-night non-refundable deposit.
- Within 30 days, the full stay will be charged.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
No Show Policy:
- A no-show will result in the full stay being charged to your credit card.
